If the tour and accommodations you want are available, we’ll hold them for 7 days. Please arrange your deposit as soon as possible.

Yes. We are happy to do so. We get great business class and coach class rates. We charge a professional air management fee which includes booking the flights, securing the seat assignments, completing all the security information. Flight cancelled or changed? There is no waiting in line or waiting on hold for our passengers: You receive a 24/7 emergency cell number that comes straight to our senior staff to resolve your problem quickly.
Yes. We are happy to make arrangements for your group to take a wonderful train adventure, cruise or land tour. Discount amounts vary by train and itinerary. Please inquire.
Yes. We arrange cruises of all types for many of our customers. We can advise you of cruises whose dates and arrival/departure ports mesh well with our rail tours. We even can tell you about certain river cruises where you can spot trains on shore, ride trains while the ship is cruising, visit rail museums and ride trams in cities along the way! Further, we have access to great walking tours or other specialty programs. Please inquire.
Some tour providers require that you have sufficient travel insurance, including insurance for medical and evacuation. And we strongly recommend that you protect your travel investment with adequate insurance. Please click here for information on travel insurance.
Yes, several of the trains are handicapped-accessible. The older, vintage trains, such as the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, however, are not handicapped-accessible. And rail travel in general requires sure-footedness and some stamina.
