The Society strongly recommends tour insurance (cancellation/interruption/medical/evacuation) to protect your travel investment. Some journeys require it. Our insurance provider covers pre-existing conditions and bankruptcy of supplier if purchased within 21 days of booking; you can also upgrade to "cancel for any reason" insurance. Add additional coverage later for flights and extra services within 21 days of purchase. We will send travel insurance information with your journey confirmation. Or you may purchase coverage via our website. A link will be provided on the next page.
