Day 1: Rome – Nizza Monferrato
In the afternoon, you will be transferred from your hotel to the gorgeous private La Dolce Vita Orient Express lounge at Rome Ostiense train station. This marks the beginning of your scenic journey winding along both coasts of Italy.
Enjoy an exquisite dinner curated by three-Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck, followed by live entertainment and drinks in the luxurious comfort of the sleek bar lounge car.
Overnight onboard as the train heads north via San Marino and then west to your destination: Nizza Monferrato.
Day 2: Nizza Monferrato – Rome
Enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast as the train arrives in Nizza Monferrato.
Disembark in this charming town, nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage vineyard region of Piemonte. Enjoy free time to explore, or opt for an exclusive truffle hunting adventure, ending with a wine tasting and truffle-based lunch at a nearby winery.
Return to the train for dinner and drinks on board as you head back to Rome.
Day 3: Rome
The train travels south, and arrives into Rome just after breakfast, where you journey on La Dolce Vita comes to an end.
